Joining ISWPL

ISWPL continuously strives to hire the RIGHT people for the RIGHT role at the RIGHT time, by building a strong Employer Branding to attract the best talents available in the industry. The Company is committed to Affirmative Action, and would prefer SC/ST and women candidates with suitable qualification, years of experience, knowledge, skills, attitudes and values.

Sources of Recruitment:
ISWP has specified certain guidelines for selecting the best talent. The HRD ensures a sturdy in-flow of quality candidates, by focusing on developing a robust database of resumes, sourced from the following:

  • Existing CV database
  • Employee referrals
  • Job portals
  • Newspaper advertisement
  • Manpower consultants
  • Campus Recruitment

Lateral Hiring:
ISWP has simplified its procedure for recruitment and follows the basic system of conducting a round of interviews of the lateral recruits by a cross-functional team of senior management before they are accepted onboard. The newly appointed recruits undergo a formal induction programme - 'Know Your Organization' to educate them about the Company's employees and processes.

Fresher Hiring:

Campus recruitment:
ISWPL remains committed to its values and way of functioning. It goes by the philosophy of recruiting and grooming young talent. The Company believes that a pool of diverse age-group and talent is imperative for the on-going process of growth and development, as a fresh perspective of the existing modes and methodologies help in creating a dynamic work environment. Towards this end, ISWPL periodically conducts campus recruitments. The selection procedure comprises a three- tier screening; written test (if required), group discussion, and interview. The selected candidates undergo an induction programme of the Company’s functioning, processes and rules and regulations. The Company spares no effort in training and mentoring the recruits and inculcating in them leadership qualities. Furthermore, they undertake an extensive three-month project under the supervision of a mentor (Head of the Department) and a project guide. The recruits are expected to present their project to the Managing Director and the apex team. It is only on the successful completion of the whole training programme are they deployed for the real job.
Off-Campus recruitment:

ISWPL also does off-campus recruitment, based the vacancy.
