JEMCO

JEMCO is equipped with the state of the art facilities to meet the customer specifications. The melting shop has two Arc Furnaces and three induction furnaces which enhances the flexibility for metal preparation of different weights and grades. Bottom pouring ladles of various capacities are available for engineering castings production. SOPs and quality plans are in place for preparation of patterns and moulds for castings. Extensive quality checks and controls are designed for quality output. The machining of castings is done as per the customer requirements.

A dedicated team of metallurgists are available to have an overall control over the process. The team is competent enough to keep pace with the changing needs of our customers and bring about improvements in the quality of its existing product.

Experts in the field of method drawings for the castings in the form of CAD competent engineers are available to facilitate the implementation of the operation processes for a product.

HEAT TREATMENT    
  • Electronically controlled heat treatment furnaces for better controlled heat treatment cycles and reduced emissions
  • Microprocessor based control of temperature variations ensures variation gradient of less than 300 C.
  • Annealing and stress relieving cycles are designed specially keeping in mind the Type of Product.
  • Mist Cooling facilities are available for the quenching of Graphitic Steel.
 

QUALITY ASSURANCE

  • All the products supplied from our works undergo thorough scrutiny in order to maintain stringent quality norms for all our products.
  • The process formulation and standardizations for various production methodologies, is the responsibility of the Quality Assurance team.
  • Various methods of testing like, Ultrasonic Testing, DP Testing, and Hardness Testing etc. are used for maintaining the quality norms.
  • Each product is supplied with Individual Test Certificates.

JEMCO has a robust machine shops equipped with all the requisite machining facilities for the manufacture of Rolls.
