Active Volunteering
The TATA Group philosophy of contributing towards the welfare of the society is upheld by the Company employees across its operations.
Some of the individuals also undertake voluntary service, willingly giving their time and energy to help strengthen the local communities and improve the surroundings. ISWP supports its employees in their noble cause, allowing them to take time off from office for community work. Some of the social welfare projects that the Company and its employees participate in on a regular basis are blood donation camps and health check-up camps.
